The clinic was established in the year 2000 and it is unique on the level of the Palestinian community. The Clinic works jointly with the Individual Support Program in order to enable individuals to solve their legal issues. The Clinic is run through a qualified licensed lawyer in addition to a group of trainer lawyers and law students and other rights trainees. The Clinic provides the marginalized groups with the knowledge and skills that help them to solve their problems and understand the legal aspects of the services system in the area where they live. Most of the services of the Clinic target Palestinians in East Jerusalem who are deprived of their social and economical rights. Consultations are provided to individuals and the civil organizations are organized in order to recruit their efforts to achieve change within the legal set that controls the social services policies.
